The goods available in Star Shop can only be purchased using the internal currency – stars.
The corresponding amount of stars will be automatically deducted from your balance after placing an order on the website.
You can track your current balance in the system.
The program is managed in accordance with the Ambassador Program policy.
The Star Team works hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
E-certificates are sent directly via the expert’s Teams.
Orders in the "Ready to Ship" category can be shipped to you or picked up at our Kyiv or Warsaw offices within a couple of business days.
Orders without the "Ready to Ship" label may take 1 to 4 weeks to process.
If there are any delays beyond this timeframe, we will notify you via Teams.
Self-pickup from the Kyiv and Warsaw offices is available free of charge.
Physical items within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta.
Physical items within Poland are shipped via InPost.
International shipping is arranged separately to coordinate all necessary details.
All delivery costs are covered by the recipient according to the carrier’s rates.
